Anyone who protests the results of the 2020 US Presidential Election without any proof or evidence and refuses to recognize Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States of America.
After over 50 cases brought before, and thrown out of, US courts, including the Supreme Court, hundreds of Trump supporters, claiming to be a million supporters, continued to cry and protest and chant outside the White House, like a bunch of voteflakes.

People refusing to accept the outcome of a vote, usually claiming that the outcome was invalid due to miscounting of votes, foreign interference, cheating, misleading stupid voters, rigged election system, unconstitutional vote, or other lame reason. Typical examples: refusal to accpet Trump's election as US president in 2016. refusal to accept Brexit vote in the UK in 2016, refusal to accept Biden's election as US president in 2020.

For the duration of 4 years, voteflakes refused to acknowledge Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America and dragged him through pointless investigations and an impeachment trial of which he was acquitted.
