When a male stands to take a leak, his pee stream is sometimes broken up into two separate streams due to a partially closed piss hole.

Also called "spamming".

On a forum, it's the act of posting profusely, to be possessed by a consuming urge of posting mindless spams.

dude 1 : "Man, look at this guy, he's posted over a thousand posts in just one day!"

dude 2 : "He's definitely post vipering your website. You should ban him!"!
