Similar to a Ferel Hog but with a serious venereal disease that causes you to snort and root around in another man's territory. Very mean and crazy hog with a craving for another man's assets. Not too fun to be around if you are a straight man with lots of things going for you.
Man, that god damn Varel Hogg was rooting around here and took another man down with his oversized hooves. He not only hurt him but left him bloody with a serious VD in his ass.
