A male from a Welsh valley. Usually pumped up on steroids and tanned up on sunbeds to epic proportions.

Can be found in Judges in Aberdare wearing T-Shirts three sizes too small for him.

Example - That Paul Edwards is a right Choco Valley Boy, he never leaves Aberdare and always wears tops sized medium boys to show off his roided guns!

Valley Boy 

A "Valley Boy" is someone who lives on the beaches of California and surfs every single day, saying things like tubular, far out, wicked, awesome, and totally. Most likely always having a surfboard strapped to the top of his car with Sex Wax in his glove box and under his nails. Most easily spotted in a crowd when you see his shaggy dirty blonde hair and this lack of up keep and shoes.
