Vagcork

A vagina cork. Analagous to a 'cock-block' for males. A vagcork is a person whose actions inhibit successful mating behavior for the female victim.

Pronounced vaj-cork.

That really hot guy was coming on to me at Whole Foods until Karen, the big vagcork, started yammering about getting lots of yogurt so I could cure my bad gas.
