Ummk

Initially means 'ok' or 'alright.' Also can be used on occasion to mean 'thanks,' 'you're welcome,' 'forget about it,' 'capiche,' etc.

John: Hey man, thanks for the help on that homework.

Mike: Yeah, ummk.
