I understand that a big part of being a dyed in the wool Trumpite is that there is an underlying secret hope of becoming a megalo-millionaire like Cohen and Manafort and others, working closely with the mafia or oligarchs, but without the going to prison part later on down the line.

A trumpire is in charge of officiating and enforcing rules and making bad judgments that only serve the 'trumps'.
The term is often shortened to the colloquial form 'trump'. The trumpire works soley for himself and his empire while also serving some elite or members of the 1%.
