"dec" has yet another meaning, "don't even care".
This is an offshoot of dek, "don't even know", which is itself an offshoot of idk, and a cousin to idc.
It can be used in many of the same ways as dek, but for certain reasons (they sound the same when spoken), it isn't a good idea to use it as a single word when speaking.

Dec is a person that loves Gatorade. He eats so much animal crackers daily, and he wants to get a six pack yet again eats a lot of animal crackers. He is very nice, and sweet guy to hand around with, and being with him and his friends are in for a ride at the amusement park. He is very funny, when it comes to joking around and has dark humor time to time but usually its not to mad. He is sometimes stoopid but that is just dec.
