It’s reference to popular anime “ Shingeki No Kyojin” as known as “Attack on Titan”. When the outro in Japanese is translated to English it says “The world is cruel, but i still love you”. This phrase has such a deep meaning. In the outro it described as Eren saying this to Mikasa. Eren never told Mikasa, his true feelings.
