The act of moving your pinch of chewing tobacco from your bottom lip to your top lip using only your tongue, or vice-versa. The name originates from Ryan Stinson, who innovated transferring dips.
Brandon: "I thought you were tossin' a lipper Stinny?"

Brandon: "Ah, the ol' Stinson transfer."
