A state of mind that exists because of using an amphetamine for a prolonged amount of time through repeated ingestion. The chemical affect has reached a saturation point where reality is distorted. Mental focus and direction can not be achieved until detoxification.

also, the psychological state of a person who is driving themselves crazy from thinking too much-a direct result of tweaking for days on end without little or no sleep and food.

I'm so spun out. I haven't slept in days, I can't shit, and I think my dog can read my thoughts cuz it's always in the room when I'm about to jerk off....I need another bump or I'm gonna crash.
