Sphincter Hell

A state in which one hates another person so much that their internal organs feel as if in purgatory upon seeing said person.

Jeff: Hey man, why are you so red?
Steve: Oh, i just saw Janet. I'm in a state of total Sphincter Hell right now.
Jeff: Wow man, you hate her that much?
Steve: It's hard not to.
