To jack-off in public view esp. in class, at work, or at a restaurant. No matter what the circumstance, the person will jack-off because he isn't embarrassed or isn't aware of his surroundings.

Just a few days ago a pothead pulled a spakooza in Health class. He ended up being expelled from school.
