Slush Flap

The build up of snow, slush, ice, sand and road salt behind wheels of a vehicle in the winter.

Guy1: I think I busted my toe.

Guy2: How did you do that?

Guy1: I was trying to kick the slush flap off my car and it was frozen solid.
