Used to define a fellow motorist who is both slow and a homo. This is most commonly used when waiting on a passing car to make a turn. At first judgement you think the car is too close to make the turn, but soon after notice that said car is going way to freaking slow and you should have just gone a long time ago.

A very slow and ineffective dud pretending to be a leader, does not know what he is doing, putting the team/country behind others

1. We have a Slomo that puts us behind the rest of the world in broadband speed.
2. Slomo is why we are taking so bloody long to achieve herd immunity.
3. Whilst the rest of the world knows the "How" and the "When" to deal with climate change, Slomo is still not yet figured out the "How" nor the "When".
