Could possibly be philly slang as the show is based in Philadelphia.

Skivose 

A word used by Melissa Schemmenti on Abbott Elementary. It's a shortened form of schiifoso, which means disgusting, revolting, or gross. If used as a noun, a gross, disgusting, or revolting person. "Say my food is skivose" means "say my food is disgusting."

Skivise (verb); A combination of the words 'skive' (to skip school or work/play truant) and 'revise' (to study for an exam) - to skivise is to skip school or work, in order to revise/study, usually for an important exam.
