Simblr is when someone who plays either the sims 1, 2, or 3 creates a tumblr which is completely or mostly devoted to pictures, stories, and information about their sims game.

Simblr 

A Tumblr blog which is fully dedicated to The Sims video game series. It usually showcases information about their game and stories, pictures, gameplay, tutorials etc.

However, in recent years Simblr's are mostly used to provide and showcase their 'CC' AKA Custom Content and Mod creations.
These are items or scripts not already present in the game, then are added by the user, then the game sees these items or scripts as custom content.

"Where did you get that top, I have all the game add-on's but I still can't see it!"
"I downloaded it from a Simblr named Simblr."
