Shelter-in-place. Finding a safe location indoors and staying there until you are given an “all clear” or told to evacuate. Reasons might be because of an active shooter; tornado; or chemical, radiological, or other hazard.

During the 2020 SiP due to the coronavirus pandemic, some people chose to enhance their immune system, increase self-care, and stay connected with friends and family over the internet instead of iRL.
