Shiroi Orakuru

The Shiroi Orakuru was an individual of western decent known to wander game stores and other related areas of Tokyo during the winter of 1995. Noted for wearing a black DCI judges jacket, and a womans sunhat with a red ribbon tied around it, and having an extremely animated almost cartoon like personality. He is widely noted as being largely blind in his right eye. He was known to write short story prompts on random bits of papers and napkins and such, giving them to mangakas and other creatives who would also often attend gaming events at these locations. According to mangaka legend these story prompts were akin to recieving blessings from a spirit, with many later successful mangakas having been noted to have interacted with him during that time period.

He recieved a blessing from the Shiroi Orakuru.
