Shing dow

a word used when there is no other word or reaction to describe your current state of mind: usually used with swift hand motions in association with a kick. Very likely to be followed by a scream of the autobiography mine kampf, and the word ding king..

down and swing

How to down and swing:
Stand on the edge of a body of water holding a rope swing. Down a full beer and then throw the empty beer down and swings out over the water.
The key is to make it back to the shore without falling or letting your feet hit the water.
Repeat as necessary.
Jorge yelled down and swing then raked the water.
