Scrotodermis 

The dirty layer of dead moist skin built up on the scrotum from not cleaning.

Since I haven't been able to shower I've had to deal with the scrotodermis.

I'm glad my scrotidermis knew to suck my nuts into my body this morning. It was fucking cold outside.
