Noun. A formal term of salutation for a male that could otherwise be called a douche bag.

"Have you met Scrote Johnson yet? Yeah, he is the guy with the popped collar and tribal armband tattoo standing by the appetizers."

"He reminds me of this person I know, but I can't quite recall... Now I remember! That Scrote Johnson fellow, from the city."
