Sand Bagging

A word usually used by Truckers meaning slow driving or taking ones time.

A lot of heavily loaded trucks will be "Sand Bagging" while driving up a steep grade( a large hill or mountain)

To put someone on the spot in front of a large crowd, often resulting in having the target's dignity drop like a sandbag.

Rebel: That is impossible, its diameter is smaller than 2 meters!
Luke: It is very easy, I shoot whomp rats back home and they are no bigger than 2 meters.
Rebel: Dude, why did you sand bag me back there?

sand bagging

Used in street racing. It means to be cheated out of a race or the opponent purposefully slowing down so the margin of victory seems smaller then it actually was.

That guy was sand bagging me so bad, dude!
