When someone has not had sex for a while, therefore finds everyone attractive.

If you haven't had sex for a while and there seem to be more attractive girls than ever, it is most likely that you are lowering your standards and actually have Ross Syndrome.

A girl who knows full well a guy is likely to cheat, hurt her and be an inconsistent loose cannon, yet instists on trying to 'fix' him under a narcissistic and twisted delusion that she's just the special girl out of everyone that's tried to effectively 'Tame the Incredible Hulk'

Ross-is-fine syndrome 

The strange, often concerning behaviour that many people exhibit following a break up with their significant other, and/or in response to the jealousy of seeing them with someone else, in an attempt to cover up how broken they are deep down.
It usually consists of trying to act happy, and like everything is perfectly normal, psychologically blind to the fact that they are acting anything but normal.
