A hoe type person on ROBLOX, who is very much of a bitch, and is too hoe-ish for the platform. Generally wears the woman package with normal or man legs, to be "thick". Avoid at all costs, they will try to steal your robux. Generally rohoes are attracted to rich robloxians (typically men).
