Coming to a stop sign, slowing down, but not coming to a complete stop. The New England name for a California Stop.

It is unwise to perform a Rhode Island Roll in the presence of a police officer.

When you don't stop at a stop sign you just roll look both ways and if nobody is coming you go.

Rhode Island rug roll

When you have your girl giving you head and shes on her knees on a kitchen rug. You place your hands on her shoulders and push her around the kitchen while she continues to suck your Dick.
