Requis'd

When you get flashed in a First-Person Shooter Game (Typically Call of Duty).

Enemy throws a Flash Bang Grenade:
"Ahhh shit I got Requis'd"

or

You throw a Flash Bang Grenade, but it bounces back and flashes yourself:
"SHIT, I just Requis'd MYSELF!"
