Desiree (Rae Rae)

The most beautiful, stunning, thoughtful, wise, baby girl, princess, girleepop you could ever ask for. The kinda girl who helps you clean your room when you’re too depressed to touch it yourself. The kinda girl who’ll hype you up when you’re feeling your worst. The kinda girl who’d slash tires for you. Truly the most wonderful bestie in existence! <3

sha lay-lay rae-rae

Pronunciation: SHAH-lay-lay RAY-ray

A playful title most commonly given to a woman named 'Shayla Rae', especially when she's being extra goofy, funny, or adorably chaotic. A 'Sha-Lay-Lay Rae-Rae' is the type of person who can have an entire room laughing one minute, then step up as a confident, capable leader the next. She stays down-to-earth despite her ambition, isn't afraid to laugh at herself, and has a personality that naturally draws people in.

A Sha-Lay-Lay Rae-Rae is known for balancing humor with determination, kindness with strength, and silliness with maturity. She enjoys making others smile but also knows when it's time to get serious, solve problems, and lead by example.
"One minute sha lay-lay rae-rae was making everyone laugh with ridiculous dance moves, and the next sha lay-lay rae-rae had the whole team organized, motivated, and working toward a common goal." A playful nickname for someone who's goofy, down-to-earth, and funny one moment, but can switch into confident leader mode the next.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
