Not to be confused with an actual child or the genre of music, 'baby rock' is a noun and can be created by combining the terms "Slept like a baby" and "Slept like a rock," and is generally used to describe a sound sleep.

Originated in Chicago to describe somebody who isn’t use to the effects they have on marijuana when they reach their high around people they baby rock can come about when trying to control your high and trying to make it seem as if you aren’t in fact high this affect wears off after u get something to eat

The most common version used today is:
