Black permanent marker with a thick or flat tip as used to redact paperwork. Essentially the opposite effect of a highlighter.

aircraft redaction 

The unregulated act of an airline company painting over their logo on wreckages before media crew can report it.
When the plane crashed on the runway, the airline company quickly performed aircraft redaction of the plane by sending their paint crew out with a couple bottles of spray paint and a 20-foot ladder to cover the logo.

Weapons Of Mass Redaction

A government official involved in gratuitous cover up and redaction of important classified information that should be disclosed to the public.

Often done to protect powerful people from embarrassing or damaging disclosures, Mass Redaction is a common pass-time or intelligence services, and is a major driver of black ink prices globally.

Typically shortened to WOMR, pronounced "Wormer". This can be used as a noun in a sentence.
Brian: Hey, are those classified Exxxxxx Files being released soon?

Luke: Haha, the 'Weapons Of Mass Redaction' are in the basement working them over at the moment, there's zero chance we see anything controversial.

Brian: Yeah good point. Those WOMR's buy their black ink by the barrel.

The one who is able to understand that authority and discipline are immutable moral values, not needing a government or even a technocrat to tell him what is right or wrong. Someone beyond the right-left spectrum, evils of The French Revolution. It proposes a simpler life, being able to develop within its true potential, a true existence. It can grudgingly accept any decentralized state, as long as it does not violate its culture, dignity and morality. One who is anti-system and believes in a rebirth of an organic society.
