RBG'ing

(from former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg)- when someone who should have retired from their position or employment due to their advanced age and/or disconnect from their younger colleagues refuses to retire, to the extent that they screw things up more than necessary, thinking they are actually helping. They aren't.
Barbara should've retired a long time ago. She doesn't need the money and she is out of touch with her co-workers. She's totally RBG'ing.
