Qt-pie-max
Usually this phrase will describe a male in the midst of his pubescent years. However, while this male is indeed experiencing puberty like his other friends, his hormones do not appear to be changing. Hence, he still has a very cute face and body (like a baby). He is adored by other teenage girls but they would never want to engage in sexual relations with this male due to his lack of visible masculinity.
Fatima decided to give Edward, a regular qt-pie-max, a pity kiss on his soft, baby-like cheek due to the fact he was 16 and had still yet to experience the lips of a member of the opposite sex (who wasn't his mother).
