PenFest

1)A classroom riot, whereby pens are feverently thrown about the room, often at somebody.

2)As 1, but involving a fat semi-naked maths teacher grabbing fistfuls of pens and rubbing them on himself, often with loud, cheesy disco music and/or a mirrorball.

3)Any celebration of this sort

a widespread occurrence of a parasitic or pest-species infestation over a whole country or the world at a particular time.

I can't believe I had to think of a new word to put in my report of the possible emerging helmenthic panfestation happening in Dallas.
