In times of starvation, families who could not afford to make meatloaf with only meat resorted to fillers to not starve. Such as: bread, crackers, or doritos

pooloaf 

The name derives from the existence of feces(poo) and the hot steaminess of bread(loaf). An expression used to demoralise some hoe; as if they were a loaf that contained the ingredient that is found in the common loo - which no one wants to eat, nor look at.

Some hoe: That man's pregnant.
Cool guy: You pooloaf. You big fat steamy pooloaf.
