Pillow Breather

A being who receives coitus from behind.

This statement implies the persons face exists in a pillow when they are plowed. Reason being they breathe the air using the pillow as a filter.

I like to call her my little pillow breather. Had her face down rump upwards, hitting it from the posterior.
