1. Short for Panayioti which in greek translate to "Holy Mother of God"
2. Slang for a Greek man, either overly handsome or overly smooth, or both.
3. Short for Panorama, a type of view or picture with an abnormally wide view

A pano is a certain type of individual that acts the part but little do they know they aren't fooling anybody but themselves! There are lots of little panos around here. Some are real panos (females) and some should have been born panos instead of being big tuff boys that hide behind their mammy!
