Palmertonian
An individual whom hails from Palmerton, PA and has since relocated else where and thinks it's wise idea to ride out a storm, where it is in fact very clearly not the most wise idea. They, the Palmertonian, think this is a wise idea because of the "Real Weatherfolk".
