When someone is extremely retarded, has a very low IQ, assisting of an IQ score of around 10-20. This person will usually be very annoying and a bit of a dolt. Said person will usually have a really ugly-looking face that will make people repel away from him/her and will most likely never get any bitches/girlfriends/wives/spouses/normal friends/nice friends/non-toxic friends/anyone that actually gives a living shit about them.
