I was in a conversation about a story and someone asked whether to be flattered or offended. I created ottered.

Person1 - "Did you hear what that story said? "
Person2 -"Yes, I did. Are you flattered or offended?"
Person1 - "I'm feeling rather ottered."

When you are too drunk to work/swim/chew. The drunkness often comes from otter bitter, which leaves you wanting more and more.
