An Obsessive Compulsive Lol-er. One who excessively overuses the online abreviation lol (laughing out loud) to mean just about aything they feel like it should mean. Often to the point of pissing off whoever they are chatting with.

One Crazy Lady. A disorder characterized by a manager who is mentally unstable and emotionally abusive to her staff. Yet, claims to be the victim. Usually terminal. Is considered chronic when age is 38 or older and unemployed after her subordinate switches shifts to not work with her.
