nukelighting 

Nukelighting is a gaslighting tactic employed by abusive nations with nuclear arsenals who use the pretense of WW3 to get their desired outcome. Nukelighters tend to label foreign governments as being hysterical and over-concerned when they, the nukelighter, invade the sovereignty of foreign nations, shoot down civilian-carrying passenger planes, defenestrate/poison citizens and foreign nationals, and run nuclear weapons drills during and outside of active conflicts.

Russia is nukelighting the world into believing that the invasion of Ukraine is overblown and a non-issue.
