A phrase used to reject something or someone. Instead of saying "no" you use "i'm not hungry". It originates from being full and someone offering food and in response you say "i'm not hungry".

"Jack likes you." Instead of "I don"t like him" use "i'm not hungry"
"Alright class we are taking notes today." If you don't want to take notes use "i'm not hungry"
