In the meme culture it is common for friends to share fucked up memes with their even more fucked up friends. Thus it becomes a competition to see who can share the most fucked up meme. However, some memes are NFUB, or Not Fucked Up But... still share worthy and possibly even "Dank". This is used as a disclaimer before said meme is posted so your friends know you haven't gone soft and are in fact still fucked up. Most common in Facebook in groups like "Fucked up Memes We Can't Always Share Because Mom and Sky Hippie are Always Watching".
