A variation of neigh neigh. The accent is compulsory. Used to describe an American blonde girl, who is unique.

Contraction of the words "não" + "é" in portuguese.
Equal to "isn't" = "not" + "is".
Can be used in many ways: "isn't, isn't you, don't you" and few others.
This word is aways used in the final of the sentece.
