A non descript Large White Van...usually with tinted windows and no plates.
A van or other large vehicle that appears to be transportation for rapists and kidnappers.

Stay away from that Molesta-van...someone might pop out and offer you candy!!

Haha...your vehicle looks like a creepy molesta-van, I better steer clear or you may try to kidnap me!

MOLESTAVAN

An 18 passenger van with no windows, usually driven by someone who exemplifies a creepy persona or someone with a molestashe. The driver looks like someone who would introduce himself by saying, "Hi, my van smells like struggle."

Did you see that molestavan drive by? That was creepy!
