A person who makes other persons moist, sexually(usually women) or slightly damp.

I met the moistmaker and became so moist in my nether region.
The moistmaker at the amusement park got me a bit moist with the water spray fan.

an extra slice of gravy-soaked bread inside a turkey sandwich to make it extra moist. Monica on "Friends" invented it and Ross named it. Ross got really upset one time, when his boss ate his sandwich with a moistmaker.
