This term primarily refers to middle-eastern and Indian workers brought over to the U.S. to work in the IT field at 'bargain' rates.

Yeah, they're laying off half the I.T. department and replacing them with a bunch of 'Mexitechs.'

Meditech

Oxymoron of the highest degree. A medical record program that looks like it runs on a commodore 64. BUT is in active use today. It may be the single lamest implementation in medical records. Pinnacle in the ass end of medical technology. Aka Umbehrtech.

Sweet jesus, this meditech sucks worse than the time you pooped a chocolate squirrel.
