Melodical-Charging-Relevance-Theory 

This is the theory for sounds where one specific sound doesn't start with its own climax.
Simpler said, the sound has to build up volume first and the climax starts 5-30 milliseconds later.
Looking at another perspective, it is very likely that drum sounds instantly reach their climax where as (mostly noticeable) EDM sounds that have some kind of distortion to them, don't reach their climax instantly, but get them more likely delayed.

I think on this sound the Melodical-Charging-Relevance-Theory kicks in. This seems very delayed.

While undergoing a lengthy dental procedure, I couldn’t help but notice every muscle rippling in my dentists forearms. I couldn’t even see his face but he was like…medically sexy.
