An affectionate term used by young lovers when "love" doesn't seem to be enough. Cringy to outsiders, but couples that use this word are cringey together and proud of it.

Ex: "Hey Trini, I megaultralove you"
Trini: "Screw you needledick, I megaultralove you more!"
