A guy who has particular woman-like antics which include; falling out with friends, going in a huff and moaning about certain individuals in full detail. Just the general bitchy woman attitude but one that has woven into a guys character.

Person1: "dude you coming down the pub?"
Person2: "I'm still not talking to you!"
Person3: "Dude stop being such a man-bitch and let's get a pint"

b) A man who is acting as if his life had the equivalent amount of drama as a teenage high-schooler.

noun: A heterosexual male who has been trained by his wife or girlfriend to watch female oriented shows such as "The Bad Girls Club", "Flavor of Love", Lifetime Channel, and the like.

Man-Bitch 

A man who behaves in a shady way similar to that of bitchy women. He has more feminine traits well pretending to be masculine. He is the kind of guy who texts his ex while seeing his girlfriend and reads the messages and tries to act like she is contacting him. He is the type of guy who complains about women when doing exactly the things they do to them, and acting very manipulative as a "mean girl" would do. He is aware of his antics but will try to deny it just like a woman or prove his point to just show he is not a bitch, but really is.

"Did you really lie about being married?" girl
"Yeah, get over it !" guy

"Quit acting like a man-bitch, I've had enough of this crap" girl

"whatever" guy (really butt-hurt)
